About the Event

We welcome you to sign up via email so that you will receive a link to the class 1hour prior to the session. Your confidential information is secure, we will not share or sell your information to any third party. We will not send anything to your email aside from class links. If you would like updates on wellness programs and stress reductions kits, we welcome you to subscribe to our website for updates.

Our instructors are certified Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance and have completed professional training in yoga instruction. Yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a transformative practice that integrates body, mind and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. This class is designed to alleviate stress, calm the mind, and restore the body.

All exercise programs involve a risk of injury. Always remain mindful of your body and your limits. By choosing to participate in this yoga classes, you assume full responsibility of risk involved with practicing yoga from your home without direct in person guidance. If you would like further assistance, keep your camera on and directed to your mat so that your instructor is able to help you align when necessary. We acknowledge that there are limitations to online yoga and give full power to you and your practice. The following guidelines will help you reduce your risk of injury and help you get the most out of your practice.

· Listen carefully to instructions.

· Breathe smoothly and continuously as you move and stretch.

· Do not hold your breath or strain to attain any position.

· Work gently, respecting your body’s abilities and limits.

· Don’t perform postures or movements that are painful.

· Ask if you are unsure how to perform a certain movement.

· Menstruating women should not practice inverted postures (pelvis in the air against gravity).

· Pregnant women should consult their health care provider.

· Take rest when you need it.

Awareness is fundamental to the practice of Yoga. As a student, it is solely your responsibility to monitor each activity offered to determine whether it is appropriate to participate, and at what level it is appropriate to participate. Modifications will be offered throughout the sequence. You remain primarily responsible for your safety and wellbeing.

You will receive professional, responsible and competent yoga instruction. Your instructor is not responsible for insuring safety beyond this duty to provide competent instruction. By signing up for this class, you hereby release your yoga teacher from any and all liability.

Reward your body, mind and breath. Enjoy all the therapeutic benefits this class has to offer. Take care of yourself so that you can take care of others.
