Who is teaching our Mindful Monday's classes?
Her name is Ivana Tisler, and we love her!
Ivana is a Breathwork facilitator who has been practicing yoga and meditation since early 2001. Her journey into the body's natural power and ability to sicken or heal itself created a deeper interest in the power of breath.
While practicing Wim Hof, Holotropic, and Neuro activating breath-work methods, she was guided into a deep need to serve and teach this amazing modality to others.
She focuses on a revelation style of guided breath, which is a style of breathing that can cause physical body changes, such as tingly fingers and toes and a raised body temperature. This is the clearest sign your body is processing energy and lifting the barrier between the conscious and subconscious mind.
