Stress Reduction Association is a registered not-for-profit organization. We began in November 2020 by collecting donations to create Stress Reduction Kits for healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have continued providing kits and programming to support mental health and wellness in our valued healthcare workers. Thank you for your contribution!
