At The Stress Reduction Association, we are dedicated to providing strategies for reducing stress and mitigating the impact of burnout. Our initial forefront was particularly among healthcare providers. Moving into 2024 we a pleased to announce we are opening to the public. Our mission driven purpose is to make a measurable difference in the lives of those affected by stress through various resources. We are currently offering guided in-person and virtual events led by respected professionals in their field, as well as team based stress reduction launches with sponsored stress reduction kits to promote self-care. Also, look out for our upcoming retreats this year.
